Motivate teams with measures that matter.
When it comes to data, too much can be, well, too much.
Often, we see a significant lack of alignment between the big-picture goals of an organization and the way individuals are measured. When this happens, the intent of the goals is lost by the time it reaches the individual, who finds it hard to answer the question, “What does this mean for me?”
Klever Insight brought together a group of strategic, award-winning practitioners and industry experts to create an open, industry standards measurement framework – because none existed, and that pain was felt by all. The Open Customer Metrics Framework is the open, modern measurements framework that helps service and support leaders measure what actually matters.
More importantly, the framework ensures that teams are judged by their collective results, not on individual performance. Additionally, more meaningful metrics guide team members in their daily tasks and keep them motivated to do their best.
How do you choose the measures that matter?
Online, self-paced training
Who? Managers and leaders who want to find a better way to evaluate team performance
What? Our easy-to-follow online training lets managers learn the material at their own pace, with printable handouts and posters and quizzes to help the learning “stick.”
When? The training consists of short, memorable lessons that managers complete at a pace that works for them.
Why? Often, leaders choose measures that are meaningful to them but do little to guide or motivate workers. This training helps managers evaluate current measures for efficacy, then helps them choose new, relevant measures that will inform team members’ daily tasks and motivate them to do their best.
Who? Managers and leaders who want personalized guidance in evaluating their current measures and identifying new ones
What? Our one-day virtual workshop leads your team through exercises, discussions, and breakouts with a Klever Insight co-founder. We’ll look at the true value of measures, evaluate current metrics, and identify new, more relevant measures that align with team goals and long-term desired organizational outcomes.
When? The training usually takes place over one to two days, virtually and in real time, so attendees can interact with the Klever team and ask questions.
Why? No two organizations are alike. The workshop session is ideal for organizations that have specific measure- and performance-related issues they need to address quickly and efficiently. Attendees will leave the session with an understanding of how to leverage the information gleaned from measures, as well as which measures make the most sense for their team.
Who? Managers who recognize a need to completely restructure their system of measures and want to orchestrate a wide-scale transformation that requires buy-in from both the C-suite and the front-line workers
What? Our 90-day Accelerator is a structured program that includes weekly online training sessions with a Klever co-founder, followed up with offline tasks that help teams move a large-scale measures initiative forward. Working alongside the Klever team, your group identifies performance issues and brainstorms measures that could help guide workers to resolve them, then breaks down the steps to take to adopt these new measures in just three months.
When? For 90 days, attendees meet with the Klever team on a weekly basis to learn the steps for choosing, announcing, and adopting their new measures.
Why? Transformation can be difficult, and lasting success requires slow and steady progress. The Accelerator allows managers to restructure their system of measures within a defined period of time by following manageable weekly steps.
